We are currently working on a massive basement dig out of a 120 year old villa in grey lynn, adding a 3 bedroom minor dwelling, double garage, two kitchens and two bathrooms.

We have also started a bungalow extension and facelift in kingsland. Completely gutting the inside and adding a 50M2 extension to the rear of house. This house is in a heritage zone and Jedi builders is dressing this old girl up to stay in keeping with its original bungalow detailing.
